Quantifying-self 

Our society is starting a new year, full of hopes and new goles. These 2018 I have decided to track some of my data in order to discover patterns, understand me better and improve my health. For these I am going to meassure some aspects that are related with my health, fitness and nutritional factors, for a period of 1 week.

While doing these I discovered how important was to know myself and my health patterns, in order for me to know how to improve my health and quality of life.

I like these proyect and a new goal is to continue doing it, not so complete but with some of the aspects.
